Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. During this time of my life (mid seventies) I am enthusiastically engaged in more or less full time photography. I think that my former professional life as an Environmental Scientist and University Professor has provided me with many useful tools that I now use in my photography. Among these are observational skills, technical understanding, and, perhaps, most important, patience.
